On October 13th 2018, on the occasion of the feast of Our Lady of Fatima, a procession was held of the main statue of our Patron , Our Lady of Remedios across the village. The procession was preceded with a Eucharistic Celebration at 3:45pm, after which the statue was mounted on a specially decorated vehicle. The procession began from Fortavaddo and proceeded to Bhattier, Firguem Bhatt, Rauto vaddo, Dando, Maimem, Dandarim and culminated at the Church at 1:15am. All across the route, people from all walks of life thronged the path and took Mother Mary’s special blessings. This was perhaps the first time that such an event has occurred in the village.
