Welcome to the Parish of Our Lady of Remedios, Nerul—a community of faith that has journeyed together for more than 450 years, sustained by God’s grace and the enduring witness of generations before us.

At the heart of our parish stands our beloved Remed Saibinn—Our Lady of Remedios, the Mother of Healing and Remedy. For centuries, the faithful have come to her with their prayers, struggles and hopes, trusting in her maternal intercession. Like Mary, who remained always united with her Son, she gently leads us to Jesus—the true source of healing, peace and new life.

The pastoral theme, “Mhoje Sovem Ravat—Abide in Me” (Jn 15:4), invites each of us to deepen our relationship with Christ, the true Vine. To abide in Him is to remain rooted in His Word, nourished by the Eucharist and united with one another in love. It is from this living communion that our faith grows and our lives bear fruit.

The people of Nerul are hardworking, generous and deeply devoted to their faith. Though we may sometimes differ in our views, we remain one spiritual family, called to listen to one another, walk together and keep the Gospel at the centre of our parish life.

May all who visit our church experience the warmth of our parish community and, through the loving intercession of Remed Saibinn, encounter the peace, healing and grace of her Son, Jesus Christ.
